Wilderness Wellness is a 3-day beginner-friendly camping retreat designed to help you feel empowered in nature, explore your wellness goals, and build sisterhood.
Whether you’ve never pitched a tent or you’re simply ready to unplug and reset, this experience was made for you.
Tent Camping 101 – Learn to set up your tent, use your gear, and feel at home in the wild
Nature-Based Wellness Workshops – Set intentions, create a personal roadmap, and align with your goals
Community & Connection – Gather in daily circles to share stories, laughter, and growth
Healing in Nature – Forest walks, journaling, fireside reflections, and digital detox

Who: Women (18+) who are new to camping or seeking a reset
Group Size: Limited to 6 spots for a more intimate, supportive experience

Your Host
Jennifer is a nature enthusiast, certified IIN Integrative Nutrition Health Coach,
American Red Cross Certified CPR/AED for Professional Rescuers with First Aid, American Red Cross certified Wilderness/Remote Location First Aid, experienced backpacker, hiker and camper lover.She LOVES the mountains and has climbed many, including 6 of the Colorado 14’ers and a volcanic glacier in the Cascades.
She created Wilderness Wellness to help other women tap into the clarity, confidence, and connection the outdoors offers.
